VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

All games, rides and food booths are run by school staff, parents, and students. As a school rooted in faith and service, we recognize that giving our time and talents is a reflection of our mission. Volunteering for the May Festival is a wonderful way to model service for our children, strengthen our school community, and create lasting memories. Whether you can help set up, run a booth, help cook, or assist with cleanup, your time and effort make a world of difference!

It truly is a celebration of unity! The May Festival Chair is seeking volunteers to join our team! Below is a list of positions we are looking to fill:

Prize Booth Coordinators: 2-4 People to work together to stock the Prize Booth on May 3rd and run the booth on May 4th. 

Alumni Booth Coordinator: Check in on booth on May 4th throughout the day to greet Alumni and take photos. 

Face Painters: Love to be creative and paint? Will work in hour shifts the day of May Fest to help with face painting (training provided) 

BBQ Booth: Help run and staff booth on May 4th. 

Cake Walk Donations: Bake or Buy cakes to donate for the Cake Walk (to be delivered on May 3rd and 4th) 

Set Up Help on May 5th: Help set up the May Festival the Day before the big day!

Per school policy, parents are required to work (1) 1-hour shift per child in the child’s assigned class booth the day of May Festival. Your room parents will distribute sign-up sheets in April so that you may select your desired time to volunteer. First shift begins at 11:00am and last shift is at 3:00 pm.
