The event will take place for ALL students on one day,
February 21, 2025, on the Field of Dreams.

The primary purpose of our school Jog-a-Thon is to promote regular exercise and ongoing healthy lifestyles. This program also serves to help us raise much needed funds to help keep the integrity of a safe and healthy classroom environment, including infrastructure improvements to our facilities, while also securing and expanding virtual technology resources.

Most of all, IT'S FUN for the kids! We encourage all the students to take part in a big or small way. No pledge amount is too small! Prizes are available for those who raise the most money and for the classes who have the best participation.  All donations are tax-deductible. For more information, please explore the links below.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES OVERVIEW

Jogger Joust is a family event for our school as parents and extended family will be donating to the students as an incentive for all to participate. In order to ensure the success of this program, we rely on the support of generous individuals and businesses in our community. We would be most grateful if you would consider being a part of our support team by donating incentives, goody bag items, prizes or a general underwriting sponsorship. All donations are tax deductible. The St. Jeanne de Lestonnac tax I.D. is 95-2462907. Listed below are the different sponsorship opportunities:

1. T-shirt Sponsorship - Every participant in the Jog-a-Thon, as well as staff, will receive an event T-shirt. For a sponsorship of $500, your company’s name/logo will be featured on the t-shirts. Additionally, your name/logo will be added to our website, our school Newsletter prior to the event, and on the event Thank You Sponsors banner which will hang proudly at the event. Deadline to receive payment and company logo: TBD.

2. “Cookie Medal” Sponsorship - Looking to spread a little sunshine and tasty joy? Our runners will receive a joyful cookie medal at the end of their race. All cookies will be individually wrapped with a sticker displaying sponsors. All donors will also be added to our website and on a banner at the event. For a donation of $300, your family name or business will be added to our website, our school Newsletter prior to the event, the Thank You Sponsors banner which will hang proudly at the event, and on each individually wrapped cookie medal. Deadline to receive sponsorship payment: TBD. If you don’t want to share this sweet sponsorship, you may underwrite this item as the sole sponsor for all participants for $750, please let us know as soon as possible. Deadline to receive full underwriting payment: TBD.

3. Personal Pledge Banner: Cheer on your child(ren) and purchase a special banner featuring their name(s), along with a personal shout-out during their race. The banner will be displayed on the field that day, ensuring your student sees their name and hears their encouraging shout-out over the loudspeaker. The banner will be yours to keep after the race and can be reused for the following year’s event if you choose. Deadline for Personalized Banner(s) is Monday, January 27.

4. Direct Donations - If you or family or other community participants wish to support SJDL, a directdonation is also available. Any donation is greatly appreciated.
