The Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School Strategic Plan (2022–2028) presents a mission-driven vision rooted in the holistic formation of students—mind, heart, and spirit—while responding proactively to the evolving needs of a modern school community. At its core, the plan reflects a commitment to safeguarding the dignity and well-being of every member of the school, ensuring that the environment remains secure, nurturing, and aligned with Catholic values.
The plan begins by emphasizing the sacred responsibility of protecting students, faculty, and families. Safety is not treated as a standalone priority, but as an integral part of the school’s identity and mission. Through comprehensive security measures, ongoing staff training, collaboration with local authorities, and consistent communication with families, the school seeks to cultivate a culture of preparedness, trust, and resilience.
