Principal Search
Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School, guided by the mission and values of the Sisters of the Company of Mary, is seeking a dedicated, mission-driven servant leader to serve as our next Principal. We are looking for an individual who will faithfully uphold our Catholic identity, embrace the Signa Pedagogical Model and Unitas Evangelical Model, and partner with parents and faculty to form students spiritually, morally, intellectually, and relationally.

About the Principal's Role
Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School in Tustin, California, seeks a faith-filled, mission-driven Principal committed to Catholic education and the transformative power of the Gospel. Sponsored by the Sisters of the Company of Mary, Our Lady, and part of a global network of 86 schools, the school forms the whole person through a personal encounter with Christ, guided by the Signa Pedagogical Model and the Unitas Evangelical Model. The Principal will serve as spiritual and instructional leader, collaborating with the Sisters and lay educators to foster a culture of faith, joy, belonging, and excellence rooted in Gospel values and the school’s core principles of faith, community, respect, service, and sacrifice. In partnership with parents, the Principal will guide students’ integral formation—spiritually, morally, intellectually, socially, and physically—while ensuring innovation and technology serve mission and human dignity. Application Process
Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School has engaged with Partners in Mission Search Solutions, a nationally recognized consulting firm specializing in Catholic school leadership transitions, to lead this search process.
The Search Committee is committed to a process marked by prayerful discernment, inclusivity and transparency. All inquiries, nominations and applications will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality. The new Principal will begin service in July 2026.

The foremost responsibility of the Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School community and Search Committee is to seek God’s guidance, discernment, and wisdom as we prayerfully search for our next Principal. We also ask for your prayers for qualified leaders who feel called to pursue this important opportunity to serve our school and advance our mission.
The school community is invited to participate in the search process through multiple avenues designed to gather broad input and engagement. A community-wide survey will be distributed to parents, guardians, students, faculty, staff, and alumni to capture perspectives on the qualities and priorities desired in our next Principal.
In addition, listening sessions will be held with key stakeholder groups to gain a deeper understanding of the school’s strengths, aspirations, and opportunities for growth. These efforts will help guide the Search Committee in identifying candidates who align with our Catholic identity, charism, and mission.

While it is our hope to involve representatives from faculty, students, parents, guardians, and alumni in connecting with candidates, confidentiality requirements may limit direct engagement with finalists. Many candidates will be employed in other leadership roles, and disclosure of their candidacy could pose professional risks. To protect both candidates and their current organizations, some aspects of the search may remain confidential.

The Search Committee is responsible for leading the search for Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School's next Principal, with guidance and support from Partners in Mission. Gloria Cecilia Londoño Ciro, O.D.N. and Marcos Ramirez, Company of Mary CFO, are Co-chairs of the Search Committee
Working in close partnership with the consulting team, the Committee will review candidate applications, conduct semi-finalist and finalist interviews and coordinate opportunities for members of the community to engage with the leading candidates. Following these interactions, the Committee will review all feedback, references and background information before submitting a final recommendation for approval.
The Committee is committed to ensuring that the search process is prayerful, thorough, fair, transparent and inclusive, while maintaining the confidentiality essential to attracting the strongest pool of candidates.
